At Origins By Nature, we are committed to delivering your order in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. Here are our shipping terms:

1. Standard Delivery (Australia):$15 per order, free on orders over $70

2. Standard Delivery (New Zealand):$30 per order

​

3. Express Shipping (Australia):Available for $20 if you need your order sooner

4. Processing Time:All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Please allow additional time in transit if this occurs.

5. Delivery Time:Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within Australia. Delivery times for New Zealand may vary. Delays can occasionally occur.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number. Tracking will become active within 24 hours.

7. Damages:Origins By Nature is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to lodge a claim. Keep all packaging and damaged items when submitting your claim.

8. International Shipping:Currently, we ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
